1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account and using the VJOBS.RO platform you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity in your account. Information provided in your profile and listings must be accurate and truthful.

3. Prohibited content

The following are prohibited: false or misleading listings, discrimination in listings (contrary to employment law), offensive content, spam, and unauthorised collection of other users’ data.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Employer subscriptions are billed monthly according to the chosen plan. The limits of each plan are shown transparently on the subscription page. Invoices are issued automatically.

5. Limitation of liability

VJOBS.RO is an intermediary between candidates and employers; we do not guarantee employment and are not a party to any resulting employment relationship. Compatibility scores are indicative only.

6. Account suspension

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice by email.
